Himalayan Rush Triathlon

Its 5th edition, Himalayan Rush is an attempt to bring the crown of the best Destination-triathlon in South Asia to Nepal, by giving the visiting participants the opportunity to contest a triathlon in a picturesque and rugged backdrop of Begnas Lake and an initiative to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle among our local participants. This triathlon experience combines the thrill of trail running, cycling and fresh water swimming with a breath-taking view of the Himalayas surrounding Pokhara to give each participant a uniquely Nepali experience.

For adventurers and fitness enthusiasts, first-timers and experienced triathletes alike, Himalayan Rush is the experience of a lifetime.
