La Ultra – Garhwal Runs

Your favorite run in the lush green Himalayan foothills is back. 3rd edition of Garhwal Runs, a 76 Km run with 7,300 ft of climb, that serves as a qualifier for 2017 La Ultra is scheduled for 18th Feb 2017. Those looking at qualifying for the 111 Km category at La Ultra – The High 2017 need to cover the distance in 11 hrs. The overall event cut-off is 12 hrs.

Registrations are open to everyone, spaces will be limited. Preferences though will be given to those who aim at qualifying for THE HIGH in 2017. Registrations will open by 15th Nov 2016.
This run will put you through testing ascent throughout the distance, running through lush green forests and countryside of Himalayan foothills. The final route will be decided by early November and announced to all. Finishing point will be Dhanaulti TOP. The route will go through the villages of Kokriyal, Dubhra, Sakalana and Daulagiri.
