Kolkata Trail Run

The concept of trail run was new to most of the participants as it was Kolkata’s first trail run. Contrary to what runners get in road races like marathons and half marathons, trail run does not offer smooth roads but different kinds of stretches from broken tar, gravel, jumps, single trail to village paths.

Also the trail run offers zero pollution run, fresh air and a change of terrain for the road runners
A niche event which will have maximum 500 participants to ensure Kolkata runners get a good quality event

Event will have two category of distance for participation –
21 kms
10 kms
And also another 5 kms fun run is organised which will be in the city roads and not in the trails.

Participant kit will include timing chip, running tee and bib no. All successful finishers will get Finishers Medal
Prize money worth Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lac only).
