Goa Sprint & Super Sprint Triathlon

The Sprint Triathlon Goa consists of the following stages:
Swimming Stage 1: 750m Swim
First, you will complete a 750m swim in Campal Pool.
750m is 15 lengths of the 50m pool.
Cycling Stage 2: 20km Cycling
Secondly, you will jump on your bicycle and cycle 20km on the roads around Miramar.
Running Stage 3: 5km Run
Complete the Super Sprint Triathlon Goa by running 5km to cross the finish line!

The Super Sprint Triathlon Goa consists of the following stages:

Basic Adventure Course 2017
We’ve designed this intense four-day training program to usher beginners into the art of adventure. Getting acclimatized to the mountains is both hard work and fun – two aspects that have are covered in this training program. Through activities like rappelling, rock climbing, jumaring, river crossing and Tyrolean traverse, basics of mountain navigation are covered in this course. The adventure course also includes knot and hitch practice, camp hygiene basics as well as shelter survival methods and other events for outdoor survival.We also cover First Aid, Snake awareness program, star gazing to make it really wild experience.
The adventure course focuses on transforming the participant into a state of complete independence. Ably supported by instructors and volunteers, the participant is inspired to make responsible choices both as an individual as well as a team member.
The idea is to introduce young, budding minds to the many challenges and rewards of trekking, climbing, mountaineering and team building exercises, so that they can evolve on the path of adventure if they wish to.
